• Youth Kick Off September 13, 2008 at Camelot Park in Pinehurst, NC. We will begin at 11:00 AM for a fun filled day in the park. Cost is $5 per person and 1 canned food item to be donated to the local food bank. We will provide drinks and snacks and watermelon all day, but each person needs to bring a sack lunch. This helps us cut down on costs. We will have face painting, Frisbee painting, sand art, church vs church games, an ultimate Frisbee tournament and so much more. This event will be a great way for all of our presbytery youth to come together and build new relationships. Contact Jennifer Maffia for more information. Open the Flyer

• International Peacemaker to Visit Here Through the work of the Peacemaking Committee the Presbytery of Coastal Carolina has been selected by Louisville to host an International Peacemaker this fall. Our guest is Rev. Yousif Kodi from the Sudan. He will be visiting churches in our Presbytery between October 15 and 20th. He is Pastor of Khartoum North SPEC (Sudan Evangelical Presbyterian Church) Church-Arabic congregations. Rev. Louie Andrews is currently contacting churches to create his itinerary.
